Garbh Sangeet Third Trimester (Three Months): The third trimester, that is months seven to ninth is the last step in pregnancy. The pregnant lady is in a state of eagerness, enthusiasm and at the same time, worry and confusion. In this state, Garbh Sangeet helps to stabilize the mind/consciousness of the pregnant lady and the baby in her stomach and also helps to lessen worry about birthing. It also aids greatly in a natural birthing process.
Garbhopanishad, Gayatri Mantra, ‘Ruchas’ in Vedas that preach social equality are all composed through melody in this composition. Sanskrit shlokas, mantras and their meanings are given in the accompanying booklet.
